We stand behind our work. If the same issue occurs again within 30 days of a repair we will work for free, up to the original labor time paid for, to resolve the issue again. All hardware and software is subject to manufacturer’s warranty. We do all we practically can to promptly complete any task that we have been engaged to perform; however, we are not liable under any circumstance for any consequential losses or damages including, but not limited to: data loss, money lost or not earned, time lost, or costs incurred because of equipment unavailability. In all cases our liability for a task is limited to the amount paid for that task.
Use of the In Home Computer Service constitutes agreement with the following:
All repairs, upgrades, installations, or software setting changes and diagnostics are subject to an hourly rate of $60.00 /Hour Residential and $80.00 /Hour Business. Payment is due upon completion of the visit. All Hardware, Devices, software etc. taken to repair facility shall be held until payment in full or a reasonable written agreement has been received / signed. Under no circumstances shall payment take longer than 60 days. All equipment / property becomes the sole property of Tech4Help in the event of non payment or abandoned for more than 61 days.
SCHEDULING
Standard service hours are Monday — Friday 7 A.M. to 7 P.M., Saturday 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. Additional charges may apply for rapid response or service outside of standard hours.
SERVICE JURISDICTION
Tech4Help sets the Service Jurisdiction for each city. If a location lies beyond Tech4Help’s standard Service Jurisdiction, additional travel charges may apply. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
One hour minimum on-site service is required before the following services are available: software installation, software service, memory installation, sound/video card installation, network card installation, modem installation, CD/DVD-RW installation, or CD/DVD-ROM installation, Hard Drive installation, Data Recovery service, Microsoft Operating System Install Windows XP or later, Setting or advanced setup of an included Microsoft Operating System, a setting or advanced setup of MAC OS 9 or later.
